Our Yoga Teacher Trainees are co-teaching Karma classes during the month of May!

Join Matt and Steve on Saturday May 9th from 1:00-2:00pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View for an Effervescent Yin Essence yoga class! At its essence, Yoga is “simply” union with divinity through intention, mindfulness, breathing, and movement. This class offers space at an authentic cosmic pace, with gentle guidance to find glimpses of that which is universal in our earthling forms.

Class will not be heated.

Donate $10, $15, $20 or more — all donations will be put towards Healium’s Yoga Teacher Training Scholarship Fund, established to help fund the tuition of one teacher trainee per YTT session from an under-represented demographic in the yoga teacher community. Experience slowing down and unwinding into props with long holds that open your heart and ground you into the Earth to help bring forth a profound sense of clarity and calmness, easing tension and stress. Through mindful yoga postures inviting more presence, resetting your mood, regulating nervous system, and increasing curiosity. Carrie’s started in 2015 when Carrie took her passion for Rice Crispie Treats and turned it into the first dedicated Rice Crispie Treat company in the Midwest. Carrie’s Crispies are not just any ordinary Rice Crispie Treat - each has been specially crafted to satisfy your sweet tooth and take you back to the simple joys of life. Known for its rotating lineup of flavors, Carrie’s Crispies specializes in gourmet rice crispy treats inspired by both classic and creative combinations. They feature flavors like Blue Moon, Fruity Rainbow, Orange Dreamsicle, S’mores, Peanut Butter Cup, White Chocolate Raspberry, Sour Patch Lemonade, Dubai Chocolate, Pineapple Jalapeño, Habeñero Berry; they have over 40 different flavors and a majority of them are gluten-free.

Join Heather Burkart, eRYT 500, virtually on Z00M on Tuesday May 12th from 6:00-9:00pm for Content Creation for Yoga Creators. Level up with technical skills to produce yoga content for use on digital platforms (pre- and post-production). Learn basic photography, videography, graphic design, and script-writing for yoga teachers. Make marketing samples to establish and cultivate relationships within your own yoga community; whether it's online or in person.

Sign up at least 2 hours in advance to receive the Z00M link.

Early bird pricing $60 sign up by May 4th
Full price $75 after May 4th
