Join Molly on Thursday November 6th from 5:30-6:30pm in the Humboldt Park Pavilion for a non-heated, one hour vinyasa flow that will work your whole body. All levels are welcome to participate!

Bring your own mat, water bottle and any other props for your comfort. This is an indoor event and will happen rain or shine!

Full Beaver Moon Workshop

Join Senta on Thursday November 6th from 6:00-7:45pm at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View’s Cozy Studio for a lunar ceremony on this Full Beaver Moon! Welcome a moment to reconnect with your inner rhythm, sip something warm, and move with intention. Named after the beavers preparing their lodges for cold, this moon reminds us to build emotional shelter, strengthen boundaries, and honor the wisdom of slow, intentional living.

Together we will warm up with moon salutations to honor the lunar cycle, receive hands on adjustments in propped, restorative poses, and enjoy a simple crystal-charging craft over mantra. Take this home and be reminded of the full energetic power of our ceremony, long after we finish and before winter comes. This Beaver Moon lights up the skies in Ta**us, so let’s get grounded and light up our sense of self-worth! Other signs affected are Leo, Aquarius, and Scorpio.

This four-part series blends Somatic Movement and Yin Yoga to soothe the nervous system, release strain and fatigue, increase mobility, build vitality, and support
grounded presence. Each class will highlight different areas of the body, moving
mindfully from the feet upward, with a focus on full-body integration. November 2nd’s session will focus on the feet and legs for grounding and support. All levels welcome. Please wear socks.

Join Sarah Filzen, eRYT 500, at Healium Hot Yoga-Bay View’s Cozy studio on Thursday November 13th from 6:00-9:00pm for an evening workshop that will focus on the anatomy of the knee, explore asanas’ effects and use of the knee joint, sequencing for best knee stabilization and care plus how to work with those who have knee injuries and/or knee replacements.

This event is a Healium 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training Module; it is also available for 3 Continuing Education Credits* with Yoga Alliance. Open to ALL curious students, teacher and non-teacher alike!
