Here’s some food for thought!💭
If your tissues are unhealthy, they aren’t going to provide the best environment for your joints..
Adjustments can help, but addressing the issues in the soft tissues is very important!
What we want to do is make the tissues around the joint healthy so that your body can move and function correctly and protect the joint as it is supposed to.
For example, if the things stabilizing your knees are lacking function due to adhesion and instability, the load is going straight into the knees instead. The stabilizers aren’t helping, so when you run or jump, you’re gonna feel it. Over time, this can do further damage to the joints.
If you are looking at longevity, you don’t want to speed up the process of your joints degenerating right??
Keeping them healthy means also keeping the tissues healthy!
Everything is connected! Paying attention to little details is what gives our chronic pain patients the best results for lasting relief!
