“Most recently, I played a direct role in achieving our site’s second Magnet designation! This was a powerful reminder nursing excellence is rooted in the direct impact nurses have on health care. The process leading up to our second designation highlighted how nursing practice shapes health care standards. This further supports my commitment to life-long learning and my professional practice, which results in delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.”
