A heartfelt thank you 🤗 to Paul & Liz Reardon ( ) for a seamless day at 🚴

It was an honor to come in 3rd overall in the women's 60-miler (64 miles, 5000+ft, 80% gravel, max grade 20% 🤯)

And the setting was truly magical... largely due to the graciousness of Gabe & Annie who opened their family's farm, Wieser Farm in Butterfield Valley, for the event.

Extra bonus to roll on some of the roads that will be featured in next week's
Gravel Nationals 🤩 (Best of luck racers!)

Special shout out to our fit client Barbara Grundl who took 2nd in the Women's 70-74 age group for Criterium in this year's Master's National Championships held here in Milwaukee 🥳

Since we'd last worked with Barbara she's had some body changes, including loss of height due to menopause, a fractured pelvis, 2 hip replacements and a shoulder rotator cuff repair. This champ ACED all of her physical therapy, so the next step was to update her fit 👌

We're certainly glad she was able to come in while both working AND racing most days of the Tour of America's Dairyland 🎉

Changes were made to cleat position, saddle height and fore/aft and hood position - and we also added a shim to correct a small leg length discrepancy.

Bringing the bike to her body made her immediately more energy efficient and eliminated the high hamstring pain she had been experiencing. After returning to Colorado, she also reports climbing to be more enjoyable ☺️
