It was founded by Richard Chao Vang in 2005 to provide personal care services to the communities in the Milwaukee and surrounding counties. Highlander services people of all culture and has many multilingual professional staff to help those who may have a language barrier.

We provide personal and professional home health care to those who are elderly, disabled, physically ill or need personal care assistance at home. Highlander also help the patients’ family and friends get paid for taking care of their loved ones.
