Tina Langdok is an Internationally recognized and Accredited Mindfulness Teacher and Professional Yoga Therapist. Tina has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 40 years and has dedicated her professional life to the therapeutic potential of awareness, gentle movement, and breath based practices to heal Body, Mind, and Heart. d her second 200-hour certification with Tias Little at Prajna Yoga, in Santa Fe New Mexico in 2006. In 2007, Tina completed 300 hours of study and certification with Joseph and Lillian LePage of Integrative Yoga Therapy (IYT). In 2015, Tina completed 200 hours of study with the Mindful Academy International, based in Spain, to become an Accredited Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher. She continues to collaborate with the Mindful Academy International as an Associate Teacher Trainer. Tina offers Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 week courses and teaches therapeutic yoga classes on Zoom and at Trillium Studio MKE – a nurturing, open, space on the third floor of her home on the East side. She also offers individual sessions that combine Mindfulness and Yoga for a wide variety of client needs and diagnosis. For the past two years, Tina has been working with Dr. Scott Stieber, the inspiration for Pizza & Prana, applying Yoga, Breathwork, and Mindfulness Meditation to his journey with ALS.
