The RN will provide information for the evaluations of Personal Care Workers concerning performance appraisals, educating in patient cares, training of PCW and patient according to patient’s need, and reviewing patient’s care plans, updating care plans, updating MD orders, and updating screening tool.

Work Hours: This position may require various shifts at various times.
Qualifications:
1. Current RN license in this state to practice and a year experience.
2. Able to supervise (instruct, assign work, etc) Nursing Assistant, and personal care workers
3. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Excellent communication and listening skills.
