There is so much power in our thoughts and a positive mindset.

But the idea that we can think our way to a more regulated nervous system completely ignores one important piece of the puzzle: the body

The body holds onto memories at a cellular level, which means sensations and responses can arise before the mind even has a chance to process them.

This is why you can logically know that you’re safe, but your body is still responding as if you’re in danger.

No amount of affirmations will relieve your tight chest, your tense shoulders, your clenched jaw.

Mindset may change how you think about something, but somatic work changes how your body responds to it.

Until you’ve allowed your body to express and create new physical experiences, you’re going to keep responding in the same way, no matter how much awareness you have.

This is the work we do inside my 1:1 Breathwork Sessions. I create a space for you to slow down and listen to what your body is trying to tell you, to express in whatever way it needs. So instead of suppressing, you can finally feel what your body has been wanting you to all along.

Through this connection to your body, your perception shifts over time. You feel more grounded, regulated and clear.

Most of the women I work with have no shortage of self-awareness.

They’ve done the journaling.
The therapy.
The mindset work.

They can name their patterns instantly.

But they’re still not moving or showing up in the way they know they’re capable of.

Why?

Because actually acting on what they know would require a level of self-trust they haven’t built yet.

So they stay in the loop:
awareness → overthinking → inaction

They keep chasing more clarity when they really need to learn how to respond to themselves differently, to trust themselves to move differently.

More insight or information is not the way out of this loop.

It’s being able to pause, check in, and actually follow through on what your body is already telling you.

Not everyone has this innate knowing that they’re here to make an impact.

You do, yet you’re still not showing up in the way you know you could. You know you’re meant for more, that you’re capable of MORE. You can literally see the version of you who is already showing up, leading, creating impact.

So why aren’t you?

Because every time you get close, you get stuck in one (or all) of these loops: overthinking, perfecting everything, scrolling to avoid the discomfort of growth, burning out without actually moving the needle forward .

Rinse, wash, repeat.

That’s the pattern that no amount of awareness is going to break.

This is exactly the work I do inside my 1:1 container.

This used to be my internal dialogue every. single. day.

It was a constant mental loop and it was really fu***ng exhausting.

It kept me overthinking, hesitating and staying stuck where I was. This just perpetuated more shame and more feelings of not being enough.

Some days still sound like this, because fear isn’t something that goes away.

But when you can recognize it for what it is - fear instead of truth - that’s when things start to shift. When in real time you can sit with it, process it take action instead of letting it paralyze you.

That’s when it stops keeping you from the mission you are here to lead.

This is exactly what I help my clients see and move through in real time.

I realized I’ve been watering down my message.

I was specifically choosing not to niche down for fear of being seen.

I was showing up online so obviously I was moving through that fear. Right? I was telling myself it was just me not wanting to box myself in.

Until the Libra full moon this week called me tf out 😅

Full moons are a time of illumination and man do things become painfully clear when you slow down, use that energy and listen.

I suddenly realized I was watering down my message because if it gets sharper and more direct, I become more visible. I realized there was still some part of me that was hiding. That was afraid of fully owning her work and standing in it.

The shift: my deep, transformational work isn’t for just any self-aware woman. It’s specifically for founders. The ones that know the leader they can be and yet still struggle to show up as her everyday. That are so fu***ng tired of knowing what they’re capable of yet keep self-sabotaging, keeping it just out of reach.

My community spaces and 1:1 breathwork sessions are still open for anyone and everyone. I’d love to have you there. Because somatic work itself is transformational and so is gathering in places where you can be fully seen and supported. But I’m excited to transform my deeper work in this way.
