West Grove Clinic offers a unique approach to the treatment of mental health and substance abuse disorders. At West Grove Clinic, providers collaborate with clients to create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, therapy, and holistic methods. West Grove Clinic treats with the latest state of the art medical and behavioral techniques. Our experience is often sought by national and local professional organizations and treatment providers. We are also a training location and affiliated with local universities and colleges due to our providers being professors or experts in their field. West Grove Clinic provides substance abuse Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) with Suboxone and Vivitrol and offers an Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP) for substance abuse. We warmly welcome Katie Baldwin, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has joined the West Grove Clinic team.

Katie graduated nursing in 2011 and started work at an inpatient behavioral health hospital for children and adolescents in Anchorage, Alaska. It was during this time, that she discovered a deep passion for working with young people and supporting them through mental and behavioral health challenges.

When she relocated to Wisconsin, she continued working in mental health as a registered nurse in a Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program. Through this experience she developed valuable skills in supporting individuals with a wide range of psychiatric conditions. She also cultivated collaborative relationships on multidisciplinary treatment teams.

In 2025, she earned her degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She feels strongly about providing compassionate, patient-centered care, and looks forward to partnering with individuals ages 6 years and older as they work toward improving their mental health and overall well-being.
