Today, we are honoring Dr. Mamie Phipps Clark. Dr. Clark was one of the few Black Psychologists whose work focused on child development and racial prejudice. Her work was prominent in the most famous case of Brown V. Board of Education.

We are grateful and appreciative of the groundbreaking work, Dr. Clark began in the psychology field.

We are working to equip our college students, especially our First Year students, with tools to build up their mental toughness. We are hosting our first Mental Health CPR ™ Workshop: College Edition.

We will help them develop a mental wellness plan, teach strategies to use, learn how to navigate mental health resources on campus and more.

We don't want them to just survive but also thrive their first year.
