Hope you are finding ways to stay hydrated & healthy during these warm days. Personally my body has been struggling with the heat and I’ve leaned on my yoga practice to help cool down and reduce headaches & nausea.
I currently guide two weekly classes that support you in slowing down, tuning in and finding deep rest.
Sundays • 6:45-8pm
Root: Restorative Yoga, Reiki & Sound
Saturdays • 10:30-11:45am
Release: Yin Yoga, Reiki & Sound
I have the AC, air purifier and fan on to ensure the studio space is a comfortable temperature to practice in.
