Formed in 1994, iCare provides medical, dental, behavioral health, vision and prescription drug coverage through care coordination. Care coordination recognizes that medical, behavioral and social needs must be met in order to improve an individual’s quality of life. This website is not intended and should not be used for the dissemination of Personal Health Information (PHI).
