Soulshine Yoga: The Lake Como Experience

I’m reflecting today on the profound energy of our kula

Each day was a privilege to know each of you better through our yoga practices, meals, hilarious games, excursions and quiet moments.

Together we held space for one another to find calm and soulful nourishment as we flowed in daily yoga practices.

delighted us each day with his extraordinary culinary arts 😋👨‍🍳

Daila created a sweet softness for us with two afternoons of massages at the villa 🧖🏼‍♀️😌

We toured the lake on a gorgeous, unforgettable intimate boat ride with local residents who educated us with stories, laughter … and bubbly 🥂🚤

The family run villa was the perfect venue to relax with hot tub, steam room, sauna, pool, acres to explore, places to rest and of course: animals galore! The baby donkeys brought us magnificent joy each day 🫏🥰

Thank you, dear kula, for trusting me to guide you across the ocean and create safe, loving and joyful space for you to expand your divine light ✨✨✨

This retreat was TRULY a transformative and magical experience💫 My heart is OVERFLOWING with gratitude and love🙏🏼

Such a tender time of year for my heart 💗

Last year our sweet Olive transitioned on the solstice after almost 16 years of being Evan’s bff and 8 years of being my baby 💗✨
Our little family was unstoppable ~ traveling to over 30 states and creating memories that fill my heart with bountiful bliss ~ and Olive was always at the helm.

She was the yang to Kanga’s yin. The motivation I needed to see the highest part of the mountain or spend another 30 minutes enjoying the trails.

I miss her every single day.
My heart swells when I see pieces of her in Ziggy, I think she comes to him in his dreams to teach him lessons 😁
