Tiffany has been deeply involved with HAP since her youth. In 2011, she began volunteering with her dance group, Nkauj Hmong Hli Nra, through local performances and assisting with HAP events.

As a young aspiring leader, Tiffany continued her passion in helping the community as a Hmong summer school volunteer. Over the course of two years, she taught younger students how to read and write in Hmong.

Recently, Tiffany worked alongside HAP as a Mental Health Project Coordinator. She personally hosted two town hall sessions to bring awareness and address the historical trauma and dysphoria we face today among the elder and younger Hmong community in the Fox Cities. Her achieved goal was to bring the discussion of mental health to the surface, and to provide available resources for those in need.
