A message from our President and CEO Brandon Hill:

Elections in our country may happen regularly, but that doesn't mean their outcomes don't create unique and deeply held emotions. And I know this election especially has likely created a range of emotions for many of us. These emotions are valid, and there are no words to immediately relieve these feelings or concerns.

No matter who is President, which party controls the House and Senate, or who is in charge of our state legislatures, the mission of Vivent Health, to serve people impacted by HIV/AIDS, remains unchanged.
The legacy organizations that comprise Vivent Health started at the beginning of the HIV/ AIDS epidemic when governments and institutions turned their back on people who needed help; people who we still serve today. In response, we organized and cobbled together all the resources we could find and then helped our friends, our family members, and our communities. The product of this effort is the network of care and services we have collectively built to serve folks who need us most. And the folks we serve will need us now just as much as ever before.

As an organization serving our patients and clients across a number of diverse communities and states, we stand committed to meeting the needs of the people we care for - including people of color and members of the LGBTQ+ community- regardless of who is elected.

The people we serve need our support and care.

We're proud to share that 95% of Vivent Health's patients living with HIV achieve viral suppression! This means 95% of our patients are undetectable and cannot transmit HIV to others.

In contrast, the national average in 2021 was 66%. Vivent Health is making significant strides in health outcomes and empowering the community of people living with HIV.

Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) is now covered by Medicare Part B. This means there are no longer copays associated with PrEp. If you're a PrEP user and enrolled in Medicare, make sure you're enrolled in Part B.

Contact your pharmacy and make sure they can bill Part B for prescriptions. If they cannot, you will have to pick up your prescription elsewhere. All Vivent Health pharmacies can bill Part B.
