Last week we were able to harvest a 10 lb watermelon and share it with our elders during our WOLFE program. It was very sweet, juicy, and delicious! 🍉😋

Yesterday during Garden Club our group created some fun totes, cards, and shirts using nature! You can use certain plants to dye fabrics, but they make some beautiful prints, too 🎨🌸

Last week our community members really let their skills shine in setting up this new trellis at the garden for our ancestral beans bed! Almost everyone at the garden last Tuesday provided a helping hand in making this support possible for our beans to climb up as they grow.👏🌱🪜
We came in with a simple design in hand, but everyone provided their part in making it happen. Our community and volunteers are the best! ⭐️

Just a friendly reminder that Garden Club is happening today! Come anytime between 3:30-6pm.🌞
We will continue our progress on identifying plants in the Medicine Wheel Garden and laying some of our beds to rest, as needed. There are still plenty of fruits and vegetables to be harvested. 🍅🥕🍏
