Our classes combine music, breath and movement and heat for a challenging and invigorating experience. Located on the lower Eastside at 1924 N. Farwell Ave. , we are open 7 days a week and offer 25-30 weekly classes, in Hot Power Yoga, Hot Slow Flow, Yoga Sculpt and Candlelight Flow. All classes are taught in a heated room (95-100 degrees). We believe that yoga is for everyone and have classes available for all levels of students from the beginner to the experienced yogi and everyone in between. Hot Power Yoga: All Levels (Our Signature Class) The high energy flow of our Hot Power Class is designed to provide a cardiovascular workout while building strength, flexibility and focus. Taught in the Vinyasa flow style, linking one breath to one movement, this class is fast paced and challenging, yet accessible to all individuals. Modifications and variations will be provided to allow all students from beginners to advanced to work at their own level. Music: Varies // Flow: fast // Heat: 95-100 degrees
Hot Slow Flow: (For those that like to slow it down a bit.) Our Hot Slow Flow classes are instructed at a slower pace, while still Incorporating all of the same great elements of music, movement, breath and heat as our Hot Power Classes. Focus is placed on cultivating correct alignment and poses are held for longer periods of time to build strength and stamina and allow for a deeper experience of the pose. Class is suitable for beginners, or experienced yogi's. Music: Chill // Flow: Slow // Heat: 95-100 degrees
Hot Yoga Sculpt: (Yoga + Weights) A great complement to your regular yoga practice. Hot Yoga Sculpt is a unique and fun class if you're looking to change up your yoga routine and add intensity. Designed to build strength and create lean muscle mass, this class incorporates free weights into vinyasa flow sequences. Students are welcome to practice with or without weights. Previous yoga experience is recommended. Music: Upbeat // Flow: fast // Heat: 90-95 degrees
Hot Candlelight Flow: (Hot power yoga with a mellow vibe.) A perfect way to wind down your evening. Lit by candlelight, and set to music, this introspective class invites you to turn your focus inward as you flow with breath. A challenging vinyasa flow series at a slightly slower pace, this practice strikes a balance between movement & stillness, strength & surrender. Music: Chill // Flow: Medium // Heat: 95-100 degrees

Back by popular demand! After a great response to our August and September pop-ups, we’re excited to bring you more Pop-up Pilates Vinyasa classes with Shifra this October! This innovative practice blends the breath-to-movement style of traditional vinyasa yoga with the sculpting precision of Pilates and the added intensity of light weights. The result is a workout that builds strength, flexibility, and balance while keeping you grounded in mindful movement. All levels are welcome. Studio is heated to (95°F).

🎉We’re so excited to announce the launch of our next Yoga Teacher Training Program, and applications are now open! Jackie Kerkman and Alexa Deacon, MPY teachers and founders of Movewell Yoga School will be leading this 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified program. Taught over the course of 8 weeks and weekends, Movewell Yoga School’s 200-hour teacher training provides the building blocks to dive deeper into your own practice or to step into the role of a teacher. This training focuses on yoga history, meditation, pranayama (breathwork), anatomy, and teaching methodology.

✨What to Expect:
Students of Movewell Yoga School can expect a lot of learning, practicing, and teaching. By combining different approaches to learning, training will be immersive, interactive, and practical. In addition to learning how to teach a vinyasa class, students will learn anatomy and its connection to movement and sequencing, and how to offer safe and effective verbal, visual, and physical cues, as well as variations, while teaching.

To celebrate the benefits of yoga and the amazing community at Milwaukee Power Yoga, we’re offering $10 classes every day from now through the end of the month! Whether you’re deepening your flow or just getting started, this is your chance to show up, breathe, and move together.

🍂Join us on Sunday 9/21 for the Autumn 108 with Shifra! Challenge yourself both physically and mentally as you flow through a moving meditation of the traditional Yoga Mala, 108 Sun A Salutations. You do not need to complete all 108 sun salutations, you are welcome to try and complete as many as you are comfortable with. Remember to honor your body by doing what is appropriate for you; whether you do 3 salutes, 18 salutes or 108, we’re happy to have you join us! Class will be gently heated, and conclude with a calming sound bowl meditation.
