Augmentation revision including sub-facial conversion and fat transfer!

This patient had a number of augmentation revision surgeries prior to coming to my office. She was always bothered by the implants being beneath her muscle and the animation deformity, as well as implant malposition that came as a result of this. She had discomfort with activities and wanted an improvement in her comfort as well as overall appearance.

I moved the implants from below to above the muscle, supported them with mesh, and then borrowed fat from her lower back with liposuction and transferred it to the upper portion of the breast to help soften this area. Additionally, she wanted her implants slightly larger, and so we switched to a Motiva 380cc from a 300cc. She is shown three months out and is doing great.

Gynecomastia surgery, 3 months postop

I placed a small incision around the inferior aspect of the areolar border and directly removed the male breast gland. After this I used liposuction to blend the periphery of the excision as to prevent any type of dimpling or step-offs. This patient is three months out and has healed great!

I do these surgeries without drains and then ask the patients to wear tight compression for three weeks post-operatively. Patients are typically back to work within three to five days can resume working out at the three-week mark.

Not fake, just refreshed.

This patient underwent a deep plane lower face and neck lift. She has beautiful bone structure and anatomy and as such all I had to do was resuspend and place the tissues where they used to be. No drains were used!

Augmentation Mastopexy, 3 months out!

This beautiful patient breastfed 3 children and was ready to reshape her breasts after. I performed an augmentation with lift, using a Motiva 310cc tear drop implant. I went above the muscle and supported it with mesh.

She’s loving her new look!
