Pay: $15/hour
Hours: 9 hours/week (2 days per week, 1st shift)

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide light supportive care in a client’s home. Responsibilities include:
• Light cleaning and household tasks
• Companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with daily routines

Important Note: The home has a cat. There are no duties related to the pet, but applicants must be comfortable working in a home with a cat.

Requirements:
• Must live in the Waukesha area
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Patient, caring, and ready to work
• Able to complete light household tasks

Now hiring a reliable caregiver in Cedarburg / Ozaukee area, WI for 8–12 hours per week.
Applicants must live close to the area and be comfortable working in a home with cats. We’re looking for someone passionate, patient, and experienced in supporting individuals who are disabled or elderly.

Milwaukee County Warming Shelters Are Now Open

Shelters operate 7 PM-7 AM at the locations shown in the graphic.

This year, DHHS is launching a new support model to better assist individuals who are new to the human services system, about 30% of all warming shelter guests.

Anyone coming to a shelter for the first time will now be referred to the Marcia P. Coggs Health and Human Services Center, where a team from Coordinated Entry, Housing Services, and partner providers will assess their housing and service needs. This new effort, called the Homelessness Prevention Hub, connects people directly to resources such as the ADRC, CARS, and other on-site services.
