This morning a woke early before needing to be somewhere. I left earlier than usual. Today I decided to take a break and actually stop in be in the nature Ive been passing by for almost two years. And let me tell you what a blessing to just go with a flow. I've forgotten to breath with nature. Truthfully you dont even have to take a lot of time to be with nature. Nature resets your energy the second you are open to it. I felt joyful, calm, and peaceful as I asked Mother nature to ground me as I walked chanting that. Then my feet started to get soaked from the rain before. I giggled like a kid again. I decided to meditate with this beautiful tree with permission of course. I breathed with the trees and stood on their roots. I heard joggers, cyclists, cars,and the birds as we were one. P.S. I even saw a baby cardinal. I was so greatful and blessed for this tree and thanked them. If anything from this post remember to take some time for yourself. Enjoy your weekend! ❤️😇 💖

Two states of being in this world LOVE Or FEAR. Truly the heart of the matter is LOVE. It's the easiest yet we tend to chose fear. This is a dance of back and forth in this world. One of the difficult part of life is how you feel and react to world that is for lack of words crazy right now. I had all sorts of emotions. I decided to make art to deal with all that I have been feeling. I created this piece. I kept asking who are you? The name that came was Freya. So this is Angel Freya and she reminded me to keep saying "I am That I am". I ve known to say this for a long time. I said to myself how do I explain to others who don't know. So I googled it. I dont take credit for this part and I dont know who to give credit for it. But here goes "Being is God, it points at consciousness, being of All Source".
So to me I am That I am is God/Davinity is all source of everything. So essentially we are a spark of God/Davinity.
We can change the world by being conscious of our thoughts and actions. Our thoughts in positivity and action in just being in a state of love and praying 🙏🏽 for others.
That is action when we feel we can't help a situation. So ground yourself by making art, dancing, going into nature, or meditating.
Angel Freya also asks us to look at the colors how vibrant they are and colors can help empower ourselves when the world can seem crazy. Angel Freya has the fire and passion to help us with our own passions. Angel Freya is here to help all of us. Just ask for her help or any other angels. I am not one to do New Year's resolutions but I found myself almost feeling guilty about it. I wasn't feeling good either and felt like wow should I be doing more?
The little nudges from the angels said hey be gentle with yourself. Sometimes doing nothing is the best and surrendering what our body is telling us. Rest and Rejuvinate! When we rest and surrender we receive more guidance and perspective. Hope you are enjoying the New Year and are relaxing. ❤️

So I tried to stay up later last night to take more pics. Maybe I would get more colorful ones but I feel asleep. lol What a sense of wonder and curiosity as I looked up in the sky. I dont know if I ever did that as a child, teenager, or young adult. Look at the cosmos and they will tell you everything of Davinities creation and some of our angels are in the stars and planets. How couldnt they be in the universe Davinity created. Enjoy the Northern Lights! A beautiful take away is what brings you curiosity and wonder?

Good Morning Earth Angels! Today I keep it simple. I am aware of the energies and chaos in the world. Sometimes we may not be aware but we pick up on these energies. We can become anxious and worried. I do not pretend to have the answers. What I can share with you, is what resets me and calls me back to my sacred heart is Davinities nature. Here you can can leave all your worries to Gaia and ask her to take them. Just simply envision all that worry to the earth. And just breath in that air and envision encircling your body. Today in the Catholic Religion we celebrate All Souls Day. We light our candles to celebrate those who have gone before us. My family lights the candles for my Dad, Mother in law, and those in our families who are no longer with us in form. In luce and Amore! ❤️
