This saying reminds me of a wonderful author breathworker, and classmate who wrote Just One Conscious Breath . I highly recommend reading this book as it helps you focus on your breath and Micheal teaches you different breath exercises after each chapter. This has been especially helpful in beginning and ending my day.

Lets talk about how life can be unfair sometimes. Have you every experienced a time in your life where everything was going very well and steady and then out of nowhere the rug is sweeped under your feet.
The truth and light in yourself has not been shown in others actions towards you. The difficult part is when you are not given a voice to speak your truth and what is, is decided for you. This can feel like the ulitmate betrayal. When times like these arise, Spirit shows us that this is a time of faith and devotion to yourself with help from your spirit team. Your spirit team can consist of the angels, spirit guides that are of the highest vibration, ascended masters, and our ancestors. This is a calling for us to stand our ground and in our power. Listen, do not react, and be objective. These were all little gifts that have been bestowed on me through my spirit team, friends, and family. Trust and lean on your love ones and spirit team. Remember to feel what you are feeling and release the emotions. Someways are to talk it out, walk in nature, dance, listen to musc, make art, or read some loving poetry. Believe me when you think Im almost there and you start to slip a little, spirit will show you through messages. Today I as cutting my grass and stopped dead in my tracks. I started giggling and said ok angels. I scopped them up smiled looked down and thanked them and the birds. Our spirit team are always ready to support and ground us and help us stand in our power. Thank you Spirit Team/Universe and God. So ever greatful and blessed. And so it is. ❤️

Sometimes the best action is no action. Spirit reminds us that we don't have the answers always. Pause, reflect, and listen. It is the simpliest of things, yet are egos like to play with our inner knowing. The connection of breath will always bring us back. So pause, reflect, listen, and connect with breath. If you havent done so, have a journal around to take notes to the insight of Spirit. May you always remember, you are never alone. The Angels watch over us and are a whisper away. So please call on them when needed as they respect free will. Sending you all lots of loved. ❤️

Life is sometimes what I call the dance of life. You will have your ups and downs. Thats what we are here on earth to feel the emotions. When things get tough spirit reminds us to ground ourselves. I took this video as I laid in my grass watching the wind move the leaves. It was as the leaves were saying hey look at me, I see you. Learn to laugh, dance, and flow with your emotions. I breathed with the trees and laughed with them. Life can sometimes be too serious. Remember to find the joy in the little things because they eventually lead us to the big picture of joy. Remember to breathe. The breath always takes us back to spirit and creator. ❤️
