I am a licensed professional counselor who is committed to working with adults who yearn for permanent change, permanent improvement. I am inspired by research and compassion and will work with you to build the skills necessary to grow your life. Along the way you will learn to manage and/or eliminate your anxiety, depression, grief or anger. I have specialized training in working in women’s health, specifically in the treatment of eating disorders including: anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, orthorexia and avoidant restrictive food intake disorder. Additionally my speciality also includes body image work, body image acceptance and health at every size.
