I'm Heather, owner of IVMe Milwaukee. We do a LOT at IVMe: IV hydration, vitamin shots, filler, skincare, nutritional testing, and so much more. As a nurse practitioner (NP), I bring over 10 years of nursing experience and have been working with cosmetic injectables since 2014. For me, it's because I've got a passion for helping people look, feel, and perform their very best, every day. 💪

But I digress – you're here for the fun facts, right? Here are 5 about me!

🦡 In college, I played golf for the Badgers!
👯‍♀️ I have two daughters, age 2.5 & 9 months.
🐶 I have a little Frenchie fur baby named Bo.
🐾 My dream job as a kid: Veterinarian!

What was I doing before IVMe?

I miss pieces of that chapter…I was so proud to be at CHW. But it honestly feels like a different lifetime… before IVMe, before becoming a mom. I barely recognize that version of me anymore.

I’ve never really been a risk-taker. I love routine, structure, knowing exactly how things will play out. But somehow… I walked away from the job I thought I’d retire in, all after taking a chance on something completely unexpected.

Still kind of wild to think about. But also proof that sometimes the biggest leaps lead you exactly where you’re meant to be 🤍

Spent last weekend at the Wisconsin Aesthetic Providers Coalition surrounded by some of the best aesthetic and wellness providers in the state. Grateful for the opportunity to speak about something so important to me - hormone replacement therapy for women. The conversations, collaboration, and shared passion for elevating our field were truly inspiring. So much insight on what’s new, what’s coming, and the ever-evolving scope of our medicine. Already looking forward to next year. 💉✨

My middle babe is a full-blown girl’s girl 💄✨

She requests a red lip & slicked pony daily. On “fancy days”, mascara. She’s dabbling in makeup and hair and loving every second of it. But the most important thing I want her to know is that she’s already perfect exactly as she is.🥹🙏🏼

In a world where my job is helping people enhance what they already have, it’s so important to me that my kids grow up knowing nobody needs to be changed….we just get to express ourselves and feel good doing it. So if a little lip gloss and ponytail makes her feel like the diva queen she is, I’m here for it.

We do affirmations every day & it’s one of my favorite routines with them. 💋Judging by that smile… I think she knows she’s really THAT girl✨🎀

Food noise? Simply put… food noise is your thoughts around food. The sweets 🍭 salts 🍟 crunch 🍿 chocolate 🍫 alcohol 🍷 night eating 🌙 binge eating 🥣.

On a GL Peptide, these thoughts diminish, or “quiet” this food noise. Weight loss is 50% endocrine and 50% psychological. Some food noise is LOUD, and it makes weight loss very difficult.
