During the pandemic, I had the opportunity to work with hundreds of patients who were struggling with symptoms of post-COVID-19 infection, and long-covid. During this time, I learned how to augment my patients' recovery process, to decrease and sometimes eliminate the troubling symptoms of long-covid, and help my patients regain energy, regulation, and cognitive function.

I wish all of you a bright and joyful 2020! 2019 was a year of leveling-up for me, having taken 4 craniosacral classes, was a Teaching Assistant at 2 classes, all Upledger. Taught some lovely massage students about CST at a local massage school, and continued to practice consistent self-care.
I've set some powerful and realistic goals for 2020 and beyond, that include health, growth, and further deepening my CST practice.

I have big news to share! I am overjoyed to announce that I have joined the staff of Journeys Occupational Therapy, LLC in Wales WI (20 minutes west of Milwaukee) as a CranioSacral Therapist, where I will be working for a gifted colleague Natalie Bledstein OTR/L CST-D starting part time in July, increasing to full time by September.
The motto at Journeys is “Connection * Empowerment * Understanding”, an intention wholly in alignment with my CranioSacral practice and my personal goals in life.

I had the distinct pleasure to connect with Natalie several years ago while we were assisting at an Upledger CranioSacral workshop together. Since then, we’ve crossed paths in Upledger classes as Teaching Assistants and as students, I (serendipitously) completed the practical portion of my CranioSacral Techniques Exam in her office, we’ve done multi-hands sessions together, and have developed deep mutual respect and appreciation for each other over the years. I look forward to working for and with her, and am honored by this opportunity. For those in, and connected to the Milwaukee area, including your friends and relatives there, you are welcome to contact Journeys’ office immediately to set an appointment time with me and I very much look forward to growing in healing with you! What does this mean for my Chicagoland clients? For the present, I am available for CranioSacral Therapy in Evanston IL, until I relocate, ideally within the next 4-8 weeks (by the end of August). Contact me directly to see me while I’m still here regularly, I’d love to see you before I leave.
After transplanting, I plan to return to the Chicagoland area likely 1 day per month for client sessions. Additionally, I will add a “referrals” page to my website listing contact information for various practitioners I’ve seen in Chicago over the years, and who receive my highest personal recommendation.

Interesting story... very occasionally, a "runny nose" can be more than just allergies! While I'm sure this condition truly wasn't good for her, I'm also sure her body compensated for the loss of CSF over 5 years, and I find that to be remarkable.

Kendra Jackson's runny nose was caused by cerebrospinal fluid leaking from her brain, which could lead to meningitis if left untreated. How did the doctors plug the source of the CSF leak?
