Centered around a 40-foot cedar sauna house with a shark cage cold plunge into the inner harbor of Lake Michigan.

Our Social Sauna is built with Hemlock. It detracts odor and has minimal knots to handle heat and humidity like a champ.

🤫 🇫🇮 The Quiet Sauna uses Alder, the most authentically Nordic sauna wood. It has low thermal conductivity and doesn’t burn
the skin. Its smooth and splinter-resistant grain is comfortable for long sessions.

🪑 Our seats and benches are made
from the iconic sauna, Canadian Red Cedar wood. It gives off a warm and timeless aroma you expect from your sauna experience. Cedar naturally resists mold and performs beautifully in humid environments.

The Social Sauna is large, lively and holds up to fifteen people.
🤫 👯‍♀️ The Quiet Sauna is small and calm, for eight people who love silence almost as much as sweating.
🦈 Cold plunge in the Inner Harbor’s open waters safely inside a custom shark cage. No sharks.
🤕 Just pure Milwaukee vibes without the hangover.
