Nationally successful Trim Life Program consists of four 2 hour classes which incorporate education, hypnosis and group experience. End yo-yo dieting without feeling deprived. Hypnosis techniques such as "the hunger satisfaction gage", " mental stomach shrinking" and "extinguishing cravings" will be taught so that weight loss happens naturally. Four 45-60 minute self hypnosis CDs, workbooks and the trim life guide will be included so that at home practice can take place.
