I was looking for a natural replacement for the daily probiotic I was taking. I experimented with different amounts of the Ayurvedic Gold fiber in my oatmeal in the morning. For these times, the best Cleanse is the simplest , gentlest , and easiest one to repeat.
AG is not only a huge health preserver when you take it on a daily basis but when you use it intensively during a short fast once a month to once a season its benefits will astound you.

I ask because Ayurvedic Gold is not only an extremely effective way to cleanse gently and steadily every day but it can also be used intensively as a stand alone seasonal cleansing method or it can simply be used to turbocharge the effectiveness of any other cleansing program you may choose to use.

I’d been telling my patients and Total Life cleanse students for years that the most important nutritional product a person can take , is a complex fiber supplement. Because I was disappointed with the products that were available to them in the health food stores or online I decided, over fifteen years ago, to build a better fiber , one that would do more than any conventional fiber on the market.
Thus Ayurvedic Gold fiber was born. Since then more than a thousand people have used it and loved it. Why did I name it Ayurvedic Gold ?
