Meditation…..not remotely my recommendation for nervous system health or trauma. When s**t is going sideways, dance, sing, drum, do art, hit a pillow, do something wacky - move your body, express..
Meditation is about the last thing you need.
if you happen to go into meditation after that, cool!! But to try to sit, when you are in fight/flight/freeze, frankly I'd say that's a fawn response…one response we don't want to cultivate.
