Well, I've not been able to post for awhile so I have much to catch up on! Let's start with a super THANK YOU to Ms. Debbie Mooney Reflections Hospice Of Texas, and her team Brittany and of course, my sweet Sharon Quevreaux! They made home-made lasagna with all the trimmings for our staff here at Autumn Wind Mineola!! Yum Yum!

We took in a little fresh air, sunshine and of course some fishing at the Mineola Nature Preserve! Don did it again by pulling in another 10 pounder!! Woo Hoo!

It hard to believe that April is almost behind us as we enter full speed ahead into spring! The Autumn Wind Easter Egg hunt was absolutely amazing! What a great day!!
