Aside from the classes offered at Body in Balance, we offer private, semi private and small group Pilates equipment based classes such as the reformer for those looking for more individualized attention as well as a program to fit their individual needs and goals. For a fun cardiovascular workout, we offer classes in Zumba® fitness. Zumba® is a Latin dance inspired class full of energy with dance-based & athletic moves. We proudly welcome and encourage EVERYONE regardless of level or ability. Whether you are new or trained, we offer classes in a tranquil and non competitive environment.

Hobbies decrease stress by relaxing you and taking your mind off the more pressing concerns of daily life like work and paying bills. Also, hobbies can give us a sense of mastery and control. Body in Balance provides a therapeutic approach to fitness & wellness through specialized sessions in Yoga such as, Yoga Tune Up®, Therapy Ball (myofascial release) and Pilates Reformer, Stability Chair and Tower with a contemporary approach.
