Greetings friends,

I have a heartfelt announcement to share with you all as we prepare to enter a new year.

After much thought, I have decided that I will be retiring from The Haven On High and stepping away from my personal practice on May 14th.

While I am actively working to find someone to take over the business so that things can continue much as they are now, that process is still a work in progress. Regardless of how that unfolds, my own hands-on work and personal practice will conclude on that date.

If you have a gift card given to you for Christmas or another occasion, and would like to use them with me specifically, please be sure to schedule those appointments before May 14th.

I have been a therapist since 2008, and over these many years, my clients have become so much more to me than just clients.
You have shared your stories, trusted me with your care, and allowed me to be part of your lives. I truly care for each of you, and it has been one of the greatest honors of my life to do this work.

With my husband, Randy, already retired, and our daughter, Alex, approaching graduation in the coming years, I feel this is the right time to turn my focus more fully toward family, travel, and savoring this next chapter together.
Many of you have met Randy and Alex over the years, and you know how important family has always been to me.

Please know how deeply grateful I am for your loyalty, kindness, and support throughout my career. The connections formed here will always hold a special place in my heart.

Katrina brought her light and love back to The Haven this weekend.

Luckily for us, she brought her sweet family along as well!
We enjoyed hosting them at our home so very much.
There's nothing quite like waking up to little voices and giggles in the morning. ✨️💜
Our pup, Tali, is already missing her new friends.
We're pretty sure she thought she was part of THEIR family by the end of the weekend 🥰🤣

Katrina will be back the first weekend in December for another round of sessions and will hopefully be bringing along her sister, who will be adding to the light experiences with her sound therapy!!
It's sure to be an incredible experience.

I think we could all use a little break from the news and heaviness of the day.

We have some lovely ways this week at the spa to "step away" for a moment and give room for rest.

Beginning on Thursday evening, Shelby will be leading her much loved, Evenings at The Spa service.

It is a time for gentle movement, meditation, and Reiki.

This group session begins at 6:30.

We provide a mat, blankets, and a safe and comfortable setting for everyone to settle and let go.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we are hosting Katrina Chaudoir once again for a weekend of Light and Embodiment sessions.

Friday evening's group session begins at 6pm and there are still spots available for anyone looking to come on their own, or bring a partner or two!

Saturday and Sunday are open for a few more individual sessions with Katrina.

Folks have been asking "When will the sauna be coming back to the spa?!"

The answer is that our friends at KINDLED Community Sauna have become VERY popular and are busy sharing their sauna all around southwest Wisconsin, so aren't as available this season as they were last year.

However! We stay in contact with them and even though we aren't sure when they'll be back to The Haven, we can share where they'll be when they get close ;)

They'll be nearby in a couple of weeks, so if you're interested in finding them for an evening of Sauna, Yoga AND mini facials, here's the link to sign up.
