Tali and I pressed pause yesterday afternoon for a little reset—taking in some quiet time and starting to picture what life might look like at home once I’ve officially wrapped up my time at The Haven on High.

I know many of you have been asking what’s next for the space at 234 High Street, so I wanted to share a quick update.

We’re currently in meaningful conversations with a potential buyer, though nothing is official just yet.

As soon as a decision is made—whether the business will continue under new ownership or the property will be listed as real estate only—I’ll be sure to share an update right away.

For now, everything is continuing as usual.

While my books are now full through my final days there, Renea, Shelby, and Katie still have availability and are here to take great care of you.
Gift cards for The Haven on High can absolutely still be used with them.
Scheduling can be done through our website or feel free to reach out to us at 608-341-8876 so we can assist you personally.

Massage by Mickey is also still open and available within The Haven.
Please note that Mickey’s gift certificates are valid only with her, and scheduling can be done directly by reaching out to her at 608-553-1230.

Shelby will guide you in some gentle movement and meditation and end the group session with Reiki healing for each of you.
Melody is also going to join tonight, so you may even receive a little massage to add to this wonderfully relaxing service 😘

What a joy it was to spend part of the afternoon with the UW Extension!

This organization provides such vital programming for our area, and we are truly fortunate to have them in our community.

I had a wonderful time connecting with an incredible group of women to discuss the power of daily self-care.

We explored how stress impacts the body and, more importantly, how we can proactively reset our nervous systems.

From breathwork and stretching to aromatherapy and self-massage, everyone walked away with a few more tools to face life’s stressful moments with confidence and calm. 🌿✨

I'm on the road this afternoon/evening for mini-sessions at Wyoming Valley School as part of the Sauna/Yoga/Massage event being hosted by .community.sauna and

People have been asking what my plans are for my retirement and this is part of it.
I plan on following my friend Emily, as much as she'll let me, to all of the magical places she practices yoga throughout Wisconsin and elsewhere.
She'll lead people in yoga and other fun activities and I'll provide massage.
Doesn't that sound dreamy?!

She'll be joining with Kindled Community Sauna and Rural Remedy for an evening of Sauna, Yoga, and Massage.
