We’re excited to welcome Leslie Stewart to the CLIK/Surpass team! Leslie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who attended Centre College and Ball State University. She loves what she does and feels lucky to support individuals and families through meaningful, positive change. When she's not working, she's usually hanging out with her two pets — Bear, her little wiener dog with a big personality, and Rayne, her fluffy long-haired cat who definitely runs the house. She's also in full wedding planning mode, loves getting lost in a good book, and is always up for a reality TV binge. She's very excited to get started and meet new clients!

Leslie is now accepting Michelle P Waiver (MPW) and Supports for Community Living Waiver (SCL) participants for behavior supports in Harlan and Knox counties, as well as the Jenkins and Pikeville areas!

We are thrilled to welcome Amy Stone back to the CLIK/Surpass team as a Positive Behavior Supports Specialist (PBSS)!

Amy previously served as a PBSS with us for many years, and we’re so excited to have her return. She brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to supporting those in need. Amy earned her Master’s in Social Work from Western Kentucky University and has dedicated her career to helping individuals thrive.

In her role, Amy will be supporting participants in the Michelle P. Waiver (MPW) program across the Murray area and Calloway county.

Please join us in giving Amy a warm welcome back — we’re so glad to have her on the team again!

We’re excited to welcome Sarah Smith back to the CLIK/Surpass team! Sarah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with broad experience across clinic, inpatient, outpatient, home, and community settings. She’s passionate about helping individuals and families reach meaningful goals through behavior support. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys time with her husband, kids, and dogs.

Sarah is now accepting behavior support referrals for MPW, SCL, and ABI Acute/LTC waivers and we’re thrilled to share she’s also accepting counseling referrals for ABI Acute/LTC participants!

Referrals are accepted in Ballard, Graves, Calloway, Carlisle, Marshall, and McCracken counties.

We are thrilled to welcome Jessica Smith to the CLIK/Surpass team as one of our new Positive Behavior Supports Specialists! Jessica will be working with participants in the Michelle P Waiver (MPW) and Supports for Community Living (SCL) waiver, both part of the 1915c Home and Community-Based Waiver programs. Jessica previously worked with us as an RBT and in various administration roles and we're so excited she's back!

She earned her Masters in Social Work from Western Kentucky University and brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves. She is currently accepting referrals in Logan, Todd, Simpson, and Warren counties. Please join us in welcoming Jessica to the team!
