Overpacked schedules can be inevitable, but they often lead to disconnection with yourself, your body, and the tension you might be holding onto.

We forget to take a beat and check in.

Goal: To make you feel relaxed, welcome, comfortable, cared for, and supported.

NOT my goal: To promote ‘perfect’ skin and modern unattainable and unrealistic beauty standards.

I know a lot about skin and can give you many tips for many different concerns, but I won’t be promoting ‘anti-aging’ or ‘anti-wrinkle’ marketing BS! We are not AI images, we are human and we are meant to age. Your face tells a story, and I think that’s beautiful. I want to create a space where we are less self critical and more accepting of who we are and all the experiences good or bad that made us who we are today. A place that is not about throwing products at you, and more about the experience you have and making sure you leave feeling a little lighter while addressing the skin, your largest organ, with a holistic approach.

Movement oxygenates, improving circulation and bringing nutrients to the skin. Movement releases tension, while also stimulating your lymphatic/detoxification system. I have a whole array of facial tools I have collected over the past 13+ years as an Esthetician, but don’t underestimate the magic in your hands and a facial massage. A custom treatment for a lovely couple!🐱💚🐱

Their special day started out with facial reflexology and ear seeding while partner was under LED light. They then switched places to experience all three treatments.

**A few minutes for tea and bathroom breaks. 🫖**

They finished their experience by pulling affirmation cards (to keep), enjoying a sound bath meditation with crystals and lavender eye pillows (incorporating a few minutes of their favorite song together), and some time alone to journal and reflect.📝
