I share the following with a heavy heart. My first tenet as a practitioner is “do no harm." Due to the increasing spread of the coronavirus, I feel it is my ethical responsibility to close my massage practice until further notice.

Massage depends on touch and close proximity, the very conditions in which the virus thrives. I care deeply about my clients, many of whom are vulnerable. I do not make this decision lightly. I believe it is the most wise, loving, and safe thing to do.

I am hoping to create online content for mindfulness as a practice in a real and grounded way, support sessions and long distance healing, as well as other creative material. This will take time and an openness on my part to see what unfolds and how I can best be of service.

One breath at a time… One step at a time…

In light of the current atmosphere, I am suspending my practice until a more normal life resumes in Bloomington. I am planning to accept clients again beginning Tuesday, April 7.

As you know, we are strongly encouraged right now to limit personal contact. As a care provider, my first tenet is “do no harm.” And your health and well-being are my highest priority.
