I’ve had many people ask how my mediumship works. Before a reading, I kindly ask that you do not share any information about the loved one you’re hoping to connect with. This allows the session to remain pure and unbiased.

I trust the spirit of your loved one to come through and communicate what needs to be shared. As messages come to me, I will relay them to you with honesty, clarity, and compassion.

My intention is always for your reading to feel genuine, heartfelt, and as truthful as possible. I hold sacred space for every session and honor the connection that unfolds.

The only information I will need from you is your loved one’s full name and birthday. I use this simply to focus my connection and honor their energy and soul.

During a mediumship reading, it’s not uncommon for other passed loved ones to step forward wanting to communicate as well. When this happens, I gently and respectfully ask them to step aside so I can focus clearly on the one person you are hoping to connect with.

My intention is always to keep the session centered, clear, and meaningful for you, while honoring all energies with respect and love. 🤍

Because mediumship is such a sacred and deeply personal exchange, it does require a lot of my energy and spiritual focus. I pour my heart into every session to ensure it feels meaningful and genuine for you.

To honor the time and energy that goes into these beautiful connections, I do a charge a small fee $1.00 per minute for each reading.

Over the weekend, my guides poured so much wisdom into my heart.

During one training, I spoke to them with full honesty about why I choose not to do relationship readings. I am always willing to offer guidance and shine light on the path ahead, but I will not read into the sacred bonds between two souls. My guides, in their grace and understanding, honored this choice.

A soul reading is not about the surface it is about touching the eternal truth within someone’s being. It is seeing beyond their words, beyond their choices, beyond the masks the world may require them to wear. It is listening to the echoes of their past lives, the patterns they carry, and the quiet lessons they came here to learn.

In relationships, those truths can be delicate and easily misunderstood. I may be shown the pure essence of someone’s heart their wounds, their intentions, their sacred contracts but their spouse or partner only sees what unfolds in the physical world: the choices made, the words spoken, the actions taken. To them, the spiritual truth I see may seem invisible, illogical, or even contradictory. And because they cannot see what I see, my words could be taken as judgment, criticism, or accusation when in reality, they are reflections of the soul’s deeper journey.

One spouse may have already surpassed their karmic lessons and completed much of their spiritual work, yet the other may not be ready. In this world of free will, the soul’s growth cannot be forced. Some hold tightly to ego and pride, unable or unwilling to release them and in doing so, they resist the very lessons and karmic clearings their soul needs to evolve. This imbalance can create pain, misunderstanding, and distance, but it is still part of the divine unfolding.

At times, both individuals in a relationship must complete their own life lessons, karmic cycles, and spiritual learnings sometimes even through conflict or separation. These experiences are part of their divine blueprint, and intervening too deeply could disrupt the very growth their souls came here to achieve.

This is why I choose to guide rather than to “read” a relationship. Guidance honors free will, protects the sacred work of the soul, and allows each person’s truth to reveal itself in divine timing without planting seeds of misunderstanding or blocking the soul from completing the lessons it came to learn.

So, this actually happened to me during the weekend of my dad’s funeral. I was sitting at the kitchen table, on the phone with my sister-in-law, talking about the funeral the next day. It was around 1:00 AM—dead quiet. Suddenly, I hear footsteps. Not just slow ones—running footsteps—going all around me like some invisible kid was doing laps in my house. My senses instantly went into overdrive. I froze, then stood up slowly, trying to play it cool as I made my way toward my bedroom.

Right as I stepped one foot into my room—BAM!—my dad, who had just passed away and whose funeral was the next day, yells my name so loud it might’ve shaken the walls. I nearly jumped out of my skin, screamed, and sprinted straight onto my bed into my husband, smacking him awake like I was trying to perform CPR or something. And since I still had my sister-in-law on the phone, she got an unexpected midnight scream concert right through the speaker. Sorry, sis!

Once I finally jumped on the bed and started calming down, I thought, “Okay May, it’s just your dad. No need to freak out.” But honestly? Those little footsteps had me already on edge, and then Dad’s booming voice just pulled me out of my “calm zone” straight into full-on panic mode. Oh, and my poor hubby probably thinks I’m either haunted or completely losing it.

Moral of the story? Even when someone’s gone, they sure know how to make a dramatic exit… and wake up the whole house while they’re at it.

Spiritual growth and maturity isn’t just about age, and it’s not a one-size-fits-all trait it’s a collection of attitudes, habits, and ways of responding to life that show you’ve grown beyond impulse and ego.

At its core, true maturity means:

1. Emotional regulation – You can feel deeply without letting your emotions control your behavior. You pause before reacting, even when you’re hurt, angry, or excited.

2. Perspective-taking – You can see beyond your own point of view. You try to understand where others are coming from, even if you disagree.

3. Responsibility – You own your actions and choices without constant blame-shifting or excuses.

4. Delayed gratification – You’re willing to sacrifice comfort now for a better future—whether that’s in finances, health, relationships, or personal goals.

5. Humility – You accept that you don’t know everything and are open to learning from anyone, even those younger or less experienced.

6. Resilience – You adapt when life doesn’t go your way, instead of crumbling or lashing out.

7. Integrity – You align your words and actions, even when it’s inconvenient or when no one’s watching.

8. Grace toward others – You don’t need to “win” every argument, prove every point, or expose every flaw. Sometimes you choose peace over being right.

A simple way to sum it up:

Maturity is when you stop making life all about yourself but you also stop abandoning yourself for others.

Hello beautiful souls,
As a medium I feel it all too deeply, too intensely, the veil between the physical and spiritual world is thin for me. When I step into spaces filled with grief hospitals, funeral homes, cemeteries I’m not only met with the sorrow of the living, but also with the presence of the departed. The energies collide. The heartbreak of those mourning and the longing of spirits wishing to speak it’s overwhelming. Their tears, their love, their unspoken words echo all around me, and sometimes within me.

There are moments when I see the spirits, and I can feel how desperately they want to reach their loved ones to tell them they’re still here, to say “I love you,” one more time. And I can’t always shut it off or walk away from it. It clings to me. It fills the space, the air, and even my chest, until I struggle to breathe.

Visiting my mom’s resting place is one of the hardest things. As much as I long to be near her, the most I can manage is ten minutes before I begin to physically unravel. I start to hyperventilate. My body reacts before my mind can catch up. At my dad’s cemetery, the space feels a little more open there’s more breathing room but it’s never truly easy.

Please understand, my absence has never meant I don’t care. It means I’m carrying more than I can express. My heart is always present, even when I can’t be physically.

So if I’m not there, know that I wanted to be. I truly did. But sometimes, the energies of the living and the spirits and all their unspoken pain and love are just too much for me to bear.

Thank you for holding space for that truth.
