With school starting, kids are getting over scheduled, and often don't have time to stop and eat. I've learned that some schools don't allow eating in school, but this may be the only time kids get to have simple calories that they need (lunch being used to get help for homework).

Do you need a note for your teen, so they can have a snack break? Set up a session with me, and we can discuss this, and I can write out a note for your student's administrators, outlining their need for an in-school snack.
