✅ water 💦 start and end each day with water & drink 1/2 body weight in oz
(Hate water????Add in a great low sugar electrolyte-NOT liquid IV)
✅track your progress it can be scary at first but check off the days you workout & track calories/macros. It’s impossible to measure progress without a benchmark.
✅ make rules & systems (literally the only thing that got me to the gym/class certain days was knowing I would pay 💰 if I cancelled) schedule it or it won’t happen 💪
✅ supplement! This has been a game changer for me. I use specific supplements focused on balancing the gut microbiome, blood sugar balance, balancing hormones & reducing inflammation.
✅limit sugar, refined carbs, & processed foods. Eat a variety of Whole Foods with minimal ingredients (this has a HUGE impact on gut health)
