Responsibilities
• Conduct FBAs and assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and clinical team members
• Provide family training and team collaboration
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and BACB standards

Qualifications
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Licensed BCBA in the state of Minnesota (or eligible for licensure)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
