tl;DR: Please come talk to me about religion and/or spirituality. I'm learning even moar about getting good at this, and I *love* helping clients figure out how their beliefs fit into their lives.

I completed 2 hours of "Integrating Spiritual Assessments throughout Client Care," part of a 6-month monthly series I'm doing on "Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy" via the Solihten Institute. It was good and I'm enjoying the series overall. I got some useful content for my interest in expanding my practice in this direction.

I even enjoyed the breakout discussion, which I often find tedious. Tried to hold to the principle that as an Outgoing Extravert, I'm doing the Shy and/or Introverts a favor when I (1) leave space for them but also (2) take up some of the space they obviously don't want.

And I got good feedback from the instructor both in the large group and the breakout, which obviously was helpful Oxytocin for me.
