A fun little getaway with only the best ❤️

Over the last several weeks, it has felt as if I have been breathing through a straw. I wasn’t aware of the extent to which my nervous system was in survival mode. The hyper-vigilance, the fear and the tension felt in my body - the trauma ICE has and continues to inflict on all of us is REAL.

I am privileged to have been able to remove myself physically from the horrors my home state of MN is facing, even if just for a weekend. It wasn’t until I stepped off the plane that I was able to take a deep breath that filled my lungs.

I was able to drive freely without checking for out-of-state license plates or unmarked cars. I walked to the coffee shop without my passport in my pocket. And I celebrated my good friend’s birthday without fear that ICE would break into the establishment simply because it was filled with BIPOC members.

I hope we will all get to breathe deeply again without fear.

Please look out for your neighbors and continue to speak up against this terror.

Let’s continue to resist this occupation.

What a year- thank you, 2025.

You showed me what nurturing my relationship with myself required. You taught me to find solace in solitude, to see the beauty in rebuilding and to trust in my unfolding.

Reinvention was necessary, and trusting the process was essential.

I am grateful for the challenges and setbacks. I am stronger and more resilient because of you.

I am ready to step into alignment in 2026 🙏🏼

Q4 had its challenges and lessons, yet it was filled with love, joy and adventures.

I’m shedding old narratives and limiting beliefs that kept me small, and I’m going after all that ignites the flame within.

2025 was the year of BECOMING.
2026 is being in ALIGNMENT.

Motivation Monday: it’s always me versus me.

My very first show (left) in July and my second show (right) in November - with only four months to build and improve conditioning, I made quite the progress in a short amount of time.

It only gets better from here.

I wrapped up my rookie season in 4th place at the NPC Minnesota State Championships this weekend. Although this wasn’t the placement I had hoped for, I am proud of the package I brought to stage as a natural athlete, and I am happy to have competed alongside a strong lineup of amazing Wellness ladies.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me from Day One. It was only six months ago that I decided to become a competitive bodybuilder. I have learned and grown so much in such a short amount of time.

Who I am in these photos is someone young me dreamed of becoming. And now, I’m HER.

One day out 🙏🏼

What a journey this second prep has been. The days have been long and hard to get here. I doubted myself along the way, pulled myself out of the slumps and truly had to trust the process.

Whatever happens tomorrow, I am proud of my efforts and the lessons I learned along the way. This will always be about my becoming a stronger, more aligned version of me.

Thank you to my coaches, my team and my support system. I couldn’t have done this without you.
