Hey! Have you heard about delayed cord clamping?

Most hospitals practice immediate cord clamping after the baby is born but often is unnecessary for a healthy birth. The blood in the placenta that is cut off when it is clamped too soon can offer nutrients and long term increased iron levels in your baby when the clamping is delayed. How cool is that!
