A rejuvenating night of release, ease, and relaxation. Settle into a soulful yin yoga sequence enhanced with optional hands-on Thai bodywork and Reiki to support deep energetic harmony and physical release. April 4th marks our 10th collaboration with Caty + Jessie. It is truly one of our favorite offerings— each session leaves you feeling deep in your senses and body. What we offer is rest. Beyond words and performance.

Sound and presence are my favorite way to communicate. When I discovered sound in a healing container, I came back home. I continue to return to the vibrations that connect us all in pure form.

Oftentimes, the human experience cannot be fully quantified into words. In times of intense calibration, words can feel limiting. And still, we can show up—for ourselves and those around us—in ways that support us, by sharing our resources and care.

Sound healing is a practice that allows our systems to reset through harmonics and intention. Sound offers a gentle massage—an opportunity to rearrange our waters and flush the system, clearing stagnation and the weight of stuck emotions. It is a soft yet solid container to rest, let go, and find clarity and truth beneath (and between) the layers of life’s experiences.

Feeling safe in community is more important than ever. Extending kindness, acceptance, and hope is a powerful act—and a form of protest in itself. The revolution will not always be televised. It’s what we do behind the curtains that allows us to remain resilient and courageous.

The space beyond our current existence—the breath of hope beyond our walls—is where a new world evolves.

We will continue to be here. In presence, in sound, in solidarity, in intention. A place to rest. A place where you can prioritize your healing journey and extend that presence outward.

We are offering free private group sound baths to non-profits and organizations, donating our space in support of teams who are showing up every day to care for our beautiful community. Soul Body Finesse is a sanctuary for sound and stillness—where reiki infused crystal, alchemy, and Himalayan bowls, gongs, and chimes create a spacious field for release, ease, and nervous system settling.

Our studio is thoughtfully set with mats, blankets, and bolsters for your comfort, and you’re always welcome to bring your own favorite cozy layers.

Open seven days a week for private groups, couples, and individual sessions. Experiences are offered in English or Spanish. The studio comfortably holds up to 30 guests, with an additional lounge space for resting, stretching out, or gathering on the golden couch.
