• Programmed for various levels and abilities
• Track progress in an easy to use mobile app
• Private group for challenge members

PROTEIN OAT PANCAKES
1 C Ground rolled oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 Banana (very ripe)
1 Egg
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 C milk
Cinnamon
Optional: Add blueberries, mini chocolate chips, or other fruit
Cook on a pan or flat top at medium heat. Flip once you can see bubbles. Serve plain or with real maple syrup.

Don't skip breakfast! And coffee doesn't count. 😉
I am always finding new ways to cook eggs, because they're the best! Here is a twist on a breakfast quesadilla recipe I found. Screenshot to save!
2-3 Eggs or egg whites
1 Low carb tortilla
1 Turkey sausage or 2 pieces of bacon diced
1 Slice of medium or sharp cheddar
Optional: chopped spinach and tomato (or other veggies)
1. Whisk eggs and pour on a prepped pan that is about the same size as your tortilla.
2. After the eggs start to cook but are still wet, put the tortilla on top. Let cook until you can flip the tortilla and the egg doesn't fall off.
3. Top with cheese, meat and veggies
4. Fold tortilla in half and cook on both sides until crispy
5. Cut in half and serve with salsa, guacamole, and/or low fat greek yogurt (sour cream substitute)
