in honor of veterans day, and being in service, we are devoted to extending our services to all active duty, retired, or honorably discharged military veterans free of charge from here on out. whether it’s a desire to sit with us for breathwork, medicine, or sound and tea, we are here for you.

I’ll never forget the first time my dad sat with a cup of mikes tea. “wow, this is the first time i’ve ever felt this calm”, he said. i cherish this memory and the many more that followed as my dad began his path towards really healing himself from ptsd.

being a child of military parents, i () have seen the damage the military industrial complex has done and does first hand. i refuse to lose another soul to the negligent services that claim to care for the men and women whom have fought wars for this country. whom have given their life for the profits of politicians. whom have been indoctrinated into a violent machine. it’s hard to sit back and not do something about this.

we are devoted to the broader health of communities and will do all that we can to reduce isolation, promote recovery, establish community, celebrate victories, and hold perceived short comings and difficult times for all beings. we’re truly in this for unity. together.

may this be one step closer to unity. ♥️

We are SUUUPER excited to host our first holotropic series in the acorn this weekend!! The resonant sound and sacred geometry of the space are an experience in and of itself. Add breathwork and community and intimacy and oooof the excitement is oozing and and i just finished the last of the pine siding on the interior!! It’s a moment to celebrate 😭

hello everybody, this is ash :) i usually run our delics instagram account and decided a couple of months ago (ish?) to take a HUGE step back from instagram to really dive deep into this project we have been working on to really allow myself to be with the lessons, the adjustments in my body, and the wisdom that has been oooozing out the seams of this build. from the foundation to the flooring to every breath that went into painting and sealing and pouring concrete, there has been a deep presence. undistracted by social media and infused with satsang and mantra and conscious hip hop. difficult times, and really enlightening conversations rooted in sisterhood and actual blood, sweat, and tears.

i will be totally honest, even jumping back on here to make this post has brought up a lot in the right side of my body and sacral being. and, i feel there is so much wisdom to share with you all about the process of our sanctuary / studio build. so at a healthy pace, and on our website, i will be sharing what was alive with photos and videos and poems of memories infused into what we’re currently calling the acorn (there’s a whole story about that as well).

she is SOOOO close to being done, and so close to being shared with the world. may you receive the story of her unfolding with depth.

Delics, in collaboration with have been honing this core offer all year. It’s 4 hours of our highest value offerings curated into a cohesive experience.

It’s a 30 person max, hard line.

We chose pay what you can because we are building a long term vision and we’re not interested in cashing in with community events.

We would rather overwhelm attendees with more value than they know what to do with than charge what we know we could get for something like this.

This has been at least a year in the making, and I know you will feel that come through in our preparation, ex*****on, and passion.

It should be a nice farewell to Creators Space for us as well.

One of our last holotropic breathwork sessions at Creators Space!

Holotropic Breathwork can help people access altered states of consciousness that are similar to those experienced during psychedelic experiences. The term "holotropic" means "moving towards wholeness" and the goal of this technique is to access the unconscious mind to promote healing and personal growth.

These states can provide new insights and perspectives on one's life.

It isn’t uncommon for people to release pent-up emotions that may be stored in the body. Knowing how to hold oneself within a non-ordinary state serves as a wonderful tool for deeper journey work with the assistance of plant medicines.

In this session we will deep dive into a multiple hour long breath work session, and land with an extended sound bath.

It is as it sounds.

We are hosting the first delics spelling bee! We aren’t exactly sure what inspired this idea but we are sure it will be a lot of fun.

Come hang out and show us your skillz! Prizes will be given to the top two contenders. This event will be held at a private residence so please register ahead of time via email or text to receive all the deets.

This is a no-cost event. We will be providing Oaxacan Mole to eat, bring a snack to share! After the spelling bee we plan to have a bonfire - bring an instrument and a chair~

Come gather with us and enjoy some fine teas in a casual, lounge style gathering in the park! In collaboration with , we will have a diverse selection of caffeinated teas and non- caffeinated tisanes to explore and enjoy. Single Source Tea Company is a local importer of fine loose leaf teas that encourages presence, connection, and gratitude with each cup. We will pour until the water runs dry - the session is expected to run approximately two hours.

Join us at Boom Island Park in NE Minneapolis on September 10th, beginning at 2pm. Locate us in the trees on the hill, behind the last/furthest parking lot - there are trails on either side that will lead up to the grove.

This event is a "pay what you can" event. Please secure your spot so we can prepare enough tea cups!

Fundraiser update:

First off, thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and resources to offer their gifts to make the fundraiser a collective effort. Each artist and musician who volunteered their time to help make the event a one-of-a-kind gathering rooted in service and generosity, Thank you. To the local business owners who donated a unique piece of their products or services to piece together each raffle basket, thank you. This was a sincere community effort and we included a long list of contributors, tagged in this post.

Along with the experience of a memorable event, we were able to raise $2,808 for St. Justin's center for children with disabilities. As some of you know, we were raising money to help fund a water pump and filtration system for the center which houses around 90 children. The amount we raised is over the amount needed for the clean water systems! The extra funds will be put to good use toward several other needs that both the center and the children have, so thank you again! This is a big deal! We will be sending the money out this week.

Together in community we are able to inspire each other to do good and offer our gifts in service toward a better world that lives from the values of true abundance. I believe small acts like this have larger energetic ripples than what we are able to see, and truly make the world a better place.

This Wednesday we will be dropping into presence and community with a tea and sound session at the park! This will be a deeper meditative experience. will be serving old growth, aged puerh tea in collaboration with offering a gentle soundscape experience to enhance the energetic nature of what we are offering. It has been a while since we have done tea and sound in conjunction with one another. Join us in this very special session~

We will begin at 6pm this Wednesday at Boom Island Park in NE Minneapolis. We have had wonderful turnouts for previous outdoor tea events and expect this one to be a potent time to drop into stillness. This is a pay what you can event. Register through our website with the link below~
