The Estates at Chateau A 70-bed Skilled nursing facility located in South Minneapolis.

The Estates at Chateau provides a unique experience for patients who may not succeed at a traditional skilled nursing facility. With 24 hour onsite nursing care, staff are proud to provide everything you need for a short term rehabilitation or long term stay while understanding the unique needs of residents suffering from chronic homelessness, substance abuse, or other social barriers. With extensive staff training on caring for individuals with mental health diagnosis or chemical dependency issues residents often find themselves thriving in a new secure situation. Dual Licensed as a skilled nursing facility and 245G program, The Estates at Chateau can provide onsite chemical dependency programing along side rehabilitation or skilled service needs.
