At Uptown Natural Care Center Dr. Conway practices with Diversified/manual adjustments, Activator and drop-table adjustments. Whole body care is addressed through thorough examinations. On top of chiropractic adjustments, custom orthotics, pillows, low-tech exercise equipment and pharmaceutical-grade nutritional supplements, and Massage Therapy are offered to help each person reach their optimal health.

Hello friends! Holiday season is among us, which means we have updated holiday hours for the the week of December 24th to January 1st! 🎄⛄️❄️

Christmas Eve, 12/24 the clinic is open from 8:00am-12:00pm.
The clinic is CLOSED on Christmas Day, 12/25 along with Friday 12/26 and Saturday 12/27 for chiropractic care.

Massage Therapist Camille is here Saturday, 12/27!

New Years Eve, 12/31 the clinic is open from 8:00am-12:00pm.
New Years Day, 1/1 the clinic is CLOSED.

Walker Library, from 11am-1pm on Saturday December 13th.

I don't have a passport, where can I get one?
Participants can pick up an E Line Passport at the following locations:

🎁 Arvonne Fraser Library
🎁 Participants can download and print the Passport online through Metro Transits website: metrotransit.org/e-line

The E-Line opens today! We're excited for our new METRO E Line station to open at Franklin and Hennepin Avenues!

With service each direction every 10-12 minutes, seven days a week, you'll have more reliable car-free options to get to us.

Along with the E Line, route 17 serves us every 15 minutes too, running just 1 block south at 24th and Hennepin. And don't forget the new bike lane right to our doorstep (with new parking racks)!
