We’re Honored! | Finance & Commerce Top Projects 2024

We were proud to be among those honored at the Finance & Commerce Top Projects Awards on Thursday night, July 17, at the Uptown Theater in Minneapolis.

Saint Therese of Corcoran was recognized as one of Minnesota’s top building projects of 2024—a tribute to the thoughtful planning, collaboration, and care that went into creating a senior living campus rooted in community and connection.

The annual awards celebrate architectural and construction excellence across the state. Other honorees included the 4th and Park Apartments in Minneapolis, the American Indian Magnet School, Abbott Northwestern’s Central Utility Plant, and more.

We’re grateful to be in such good company—and even more grateful for the opportunity to serve older adults in a place that truly feels like home.

A legacy nearly 60 years in the making.

As the Saint Therese Auxiliary formally disbands, its impact continues—through stories, friendships, and two permanent endowment funds that will support our residents for generations to come. From running gift shops to organizing Twins outings, these dedicated volunteers made Saint Therese feel like home.

🎉 What a fantastic day at the Maple Grove Days Parade!

Saint Therese of Corcoran was out in full spirit, joining the community fun with our amazing staff and residents. We loved seeing all the smiling faces along the parade route and sharing in the joy of this special summer tradition.

Thank you to everyone who cheered us on — we’re proud to be part of such a vibrant and welcoming community. ❤️ Until next year, Maple Grove!

It's not summer without a little 4th of July red, white and blue and food. We had a wonderful potluck - thank you to Molly and Andrew for being such great and colorful hosts.

Exciting News at Saint Therese of Corcoran! Construction is officially underway on the long-awaited turn lane into our campus from Fletcher Lane/County Road 116. Crews have removed the existing asphalt and curbs to widen the road by 12 feet, making room for the new turning lane onto 79th Place. A sturdy 2-foot-deep road base is being built to support both car and truck traffic. Asphalt paving and striping are expected to wrap up in the next week or two—after that, the entrance will be open for use!
