The matrix wants you to over react, constantly, and with haste or any analysis and room for dialog. It wants you to "pick a side," quickly, and despise everyone not on your side, no matter the context.
Control over one's emotions makes control over a collective much easier as emotions are easy to manipulate when you know how (and the people doing it have been perfecting it for thousands of years). Emotion doesn't care about truth. It cares about FEELING right, not what actually is right. (then some new agers will come along and tell you there is no such thing as truth, only "your truth" which is just more emotional manipulation whether they realize it or not).
It is very important in these times and the times ahead to not react with haste. To pause, think, reserve judgment until we can learn more and let dust settle. Formulate your opinion through discernment, not reactionary emotion or tribalism. Leave ample room for nuance, complex duality and for 2 things to be true that seem to contradict each other.
Accept that in reality, we know little about what's going on behind the scenes most of the time. Try to remain neutral as best we can when major events are breaking news, which will be increasing in intensity as they have been the last few years.
This does not mean staying passive, in denial, or rejecting everything that makes you feel uncomfortable. It means cultivating discernment to make sure you're not getting caught up in an illusion that's being propagated for that exact purpose and leaving room for ample nuance and complexity both physically in the 3D and beyond.
Righteous indignation is not a negative thing, in fact I’d say it’s often necessary for a society to evolve for the greater good. But it’s important we also value and give great care to do our best to make sure we aren’t being manipulated in the disguise of it and getting sucked into the trap of cognitive dissonance.
