These are the first Wellies dry mixes ready to be placed in 10 home test kitchens!

If you are interested in being considered for this pilot run to make 24 snack Wellies, here's who I need. Pls comment with how you would make them and your location:

1. Individuals to make them by hand (literally by hand like no-bake cookies or bread dough - hand mixers don't work)

2. Individuals to make them with a stand-mixer (must have >300 watts)

3. Must be able to pick them up at the Perfectly Produce office this Friday (May 18th) AND be able to mail back 2 of your Wellies for me to collect as samples BY next Wed (May 23rd) to ensure I get them before the holiday weekend

4. Have, or would be willing to purchase, a silicon mini muffin pan to use for shaping

5. Out-of-state testers will be considered - so if interested, let me know!

All testers will be selected by end of day today! And thank you - you as potential customers are critical to this process - your interest is so appreciated!

24 snacks or 8 on-the-go meals - ready for the freezer! Today was a success. Mixed, portioned, and cleaned-up under 30 minutes. Can't wait for your freezer to have these, too!

Testing make-at-home batch sizes of 36 | Method 1: 6 qt stand-mixer | Method 2: started with hand mixer; finished with hands and kneaded it like dough. Almost ready for home testers - stay tuned for invitations if interested!

Would love your input: if Wellies were available as a mix (you made them at home like no-bake cookies), how many Wellies would you want that mix to make?

To consider: they stay freshest for 5-7 days without freezing, but you could freeze larger batches right away to reduce how often you'd have to make them.
