Recovery is more than sobriety – it’s about belonging.

We’ve seen individuals walk through our doors unsure, unheard, and carrying stigma– and leave with community, confidence, and purpose. Through drug-free social events and peer support, people find connection in spaces where they don’t have to explain who they are – they’re simply accepted.

When we celebrate diversity, we create environments where healing feels possible.

We are proud to be a BIPOC-led and BIPOC-serving organization.

At Twin Cities Recovery Project, we serve individuals from all walks of life – across race, gender, ethnicity, faith, sexual orientation, and lived experience. We know that identity shapes how people experience addiction, recovery, and access to support.

That’s why our work centers culturally responsive care, safe spaces, and community connection. Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported in their recovery journey.

April is Celebrate Diversity Month – a time to recognize, honor, and uplift the differences that make our communities stronger.

At Twin Cities Recovery Project, we believe recovery looks different for everyone. Our mission is to support individuals impacted by substance use disorder as they move toward healthier, more productive lives - through prevention, intervention, and recovery support services that nurture the whole person.

We envision a community that sees addiction for what it is – an illness of the mind, body, and spirit – free from stigma and full of support. Because when we embrace diversity, we create space for everyone to heal.
