Vail Communities Community-based mental health recovery and healthy independent living Vail Communities is a non-profit organization based in Hopkins, Minnesota.

Where We Are . . .
• Minneapolis Uptown (36th & Hennepin)
• Hopkins Downtown and Admin Offices (9th Avenue off Main St.) The agency was founded in 1981 to provide community-based recovery services for adults with serious mental illnesses, and named after mental health pioneer Dr. David Vail. Vail Communities currently operates Clubhouse Community Support Programs in Hopkins and Ramsey County (St.

Paul) and Minneapolis, provides extensive Case Management services, and runs numerous site-based and collaborative programs with community partners. Vail Communities unique person-centered, recovery-oriented approach to services is based on the internationally acclaimed Clubhouse Model.

We have some exciting news! This morning at our 1st Annual Recognition Breakfast we unveiled our new name and logo! We are excited to share with you we are now "Vail Communities"!! We hope that you love the new name and logo as much as we do!

Our Clubhouse is participating in an international movement called Clubhouse Giving Day! This fundraiser is a chance to support the Clubhouse model, which is a way to support people in their recovery every single day. Being a member at Clubhouse significantly reduces the isolation that often comes with a mental illness diagnosis, it gives people opportunities to learn new skills, build authentic relationships and get connected with needed resources. We have FUN, we work towards meaningful goals together, and we show up for each other every day. This past year, Hennepin County changed our funding significantly and we have been working hard to fill in the gaps. We rely on our community to support us in continuing to operate our Clubhouse programs, which are vital for our members. Please consider donating in any amount, and sharing widely with your circles.
